Yuja tea is prepd. from chinese lemon. Thus, wet chinese lemon is quick-freezed to -45≦̸C, freeze-reserved at -25≦̸C for 7 months and thawed with tap water. The rthawed chinese lemons are ground to give mashed chinese lemon. 5wt.% mashed medlar 10wt.% washed orange peel and 25wt.% sucrose are mixed to give an additive mash 60 wt.% mashed chinese lemon and 40wt.% the additive smash are mixed, sterilized, and wrapped to give the final product.
