PURPOSE:To display the phenomenon in which an object moves at high speed as a static picture with a commercial camera by positively using the after image phenomenon in the image pickup surface of a television image pickup part. CONSTITUTION:From an ordinary state, a memory signal is inputted to the image pickup part 1 by the operation of an external signal circuit 5, a scanning beam function is temporarily cut off for an optional time, and a pulse oscillator 6 is relayed to operate a flush gun 3 and a high speed shutter 2. Thereby, the image pickup surface has a storing operation for temporarily storing video information corresponding to several frames. Thereafter, from the external signal circuit 5, according to the input of the next reading signal, the scanning beam function is returned to the ordinary state and the safer image stored and held on the image pickup surface is converted into a video signal of one frame and transmitted. Thus, a picture such as a storobo-scopic photograph on which a change n the lapse of time is recoded in this manner can be displayed in video as the static picture of one frame simply and instantaneously. |
