PURPOSE:To improve a bubble transfer characteristic by disposing the conductor stock piece on the current inlet side of a hairpin conductor pattern and the conductor stock piece on the current outlet side thereof in a manner as not to exist on the same 'Permalloy(R)' pattern. CONSTITUTION:Only the conductor stock piece 13a on the current inlet side of the hairpin conductor pattern 13 is disposed on the 'Permalloy(R)' pattern 11 so as to intersect with said pattern to prevent the penetration of the hairpin gap 14 of the pattern 13 through the pattern 11. On the other hand, the conductor stock piece 13b on the current outlet side is intersected with the adjacent 'Permalloy(R)' pattern. The gap 14 of the pattern 13 does not penetrate the pattern 11 if the element is constituted in the above-mentioned manner and therefore, the transfer characteristic is remarkably improved.
