摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the tensile strength, especially the repeated bending strength as well as the electric conductivity and heat resistance by specifying the amounts of Fe, P, Zr and Cu. CONSTITUTION:This bending resistant Cu alloy having high strength and electric conductivity consists of, by weight, 0.02-0.7% Fe, (0.15-0.80)XFe% P, 0.01-0.5% Zr, and the balance Cu. Since the alloy has such a low Fe content, the lowering of the electric conductivity is inhibited. The improvement of the mechanical strength and other characteristics by Fe is promoted by the addition of P and the heat resistance is improved by the addition of Zr.
