PURPOSE:To miniaturize the equipment and to eliminate the need for s special power supply such as a battery by applying electromagnetic coupling between a coil of a resonance circuit and a coil of an oscillation circuit to send information and using a voltage induced in the resonance circuit as an operation power. CONSTITUTION:When a device 20 approaches a device 10, a coil L2 is being coupled with a coil L1 and a voltage signal E is induced in the coil L2 of a resonance circuit 2 by the oscillation of an oscillation circuit 10 and the voltage is rectified/smoothed by a rectifier circuit 27. When an operating voltage Vc supplied by the circuit exceeds a threshold value, the control circuit 22 starts the operation. The control circuit 22 reads a data in a memory to control the on/off of the switching element 21 based on the data. The on/off state of the switch element 21 is detected by a demodulation circuit 13 at the device 10 and the data in the memory is received.
