摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible for a solar cell to realize sharp colors without decreasing the efficiency of the solar cell, by providing the material surface on the light incidence side of a solar cell with a reffecting film which reflects only the light of a specified wavelength. CONSTITUTION:A reflection film is composed of a dielectric multilayer film and is stuck on a glass plate. the number of layers are 12, and the multilayer are composed of an alternate layer containing two layers, one of which is made of a material having a high reflection index, the other thereof is made of a material having a low reflection index. The layers of high reflection index are the first layer 5, the third layer 7,... and the eleventh layer 9 from the light incidence side. These odd numbered layers are made of Y2O3 of 1.74 reflection index and the film thickness is 3/4lambda where lambda is a wavelength of 400nm. The layers of low reflection index are the second layer 6, the fourth layer 8,... and the twelveth layer 10. These even number layers are made of SiO2 of 1.45 reflection index and the film thickness is 1/4lambda. By changing the designed wavelength and the number of layers in such a manner, various kinds of sharp colors can be outputted.
