PURPOSE:To markedly improve the propulsion performance of a vessel by the simple constitution by projectingly installing a number of thrust blades onto the outer periphery of a ring for connecting the top edge of a turbine blade. CONSTITUTION:A propeller boss 5 is connected and fixed at the rear part of a propeller shaft 4, and a propeller vane 6 is projectingly installed onto the outer periphery of the boss 5. A boss 12 is fixed at the rear edge of the propeller boss 5, and a plurality of turbine blades 13 are projectingly installed onto the outer periphery of the boss 12, and a turbine vane wheel 7 revolving concentrically behind a screw propeller S is constituted together with the boss 7. The top edge of the blade 13 is connected by a ring 14, and a number of thrust blades 15 are projectingly installed radially from the outer periphery of the ring 14. These thrust blades 15 generate a thrust in the forward direction, accompanied with the revolution of a turbine vane wheel when the screw propeller S revolves in the normal direction.
