PURPOSE:To make easy the processing by high speed automatic machine and obtain high junction reliability by providing a coil leadout wire along the projected part provided in the vicinity of end part opposed to a pair of metal plate terminals and realizing joint of coil leadout wire being hale by the soldering after attaching another small metal plate from the upper part of the coil leadout wire. CONSTITUTION:A coil element is formed by providing a winding 7 to a coil magnetic core 6 consisting of a drum core and the coil element is settled over the upper surface of end part opposed to a pair of metal terminal plates 8 with a bonding agent. A narrow projected part 8a is provided from the vicinity of end part opposed to such metal terminal plates 8, a coil leadout wire 9 is laid along the lower part of such projected part 8a and moreover from the lower part thereof, joining by soldering is carried out by attaching a small metal plate 10 which has the same shape as the projected part 8a. Thereafter, a part of metal terminal plate 8 including the soldered part and the entire part of coil element are covered with an external molding material 11 consisting of epoxy resin, etc. The metal terminal plate 8 extended from such external molding material 11 is cut in the adequate length and is shaped by folding process along the external shape of molding material as the external terminal of coil.
