PURPOSE:To expand the range of application of the titled product by using an external signal so as to select a bipolar FET and a MOS FET at an output section. CONSTITUTION:The output circuit section is divided into a bipolar output circuit and a CMOS output circuit. Then either output circuit is selected via N-channel MOSFETs 11, 12 by using an external control signal.
