<p>PURPOSE:To prevent pollution or dew condensation caused by air generated charging and discharging of samples and the like for a field where vacuum and the like are required by connecting a purifying agent retaining section and a flow control section to equipment using vacuum through a connecting section. CONSTITUTION:A flow control section 4 constituting with a purifying agent retaining section 1 and a small diameter capillary tube 5, as an example, is connected to equipment with vacuum through a connecting section 6. By said arrangement, for example, when an introduction chamber of measuring sample, etc., is opened from vacuum state at the time of measuring to atmosphere pressure, pollutant in atmosphere flowing into is adsorbed away by a purifying agent of a purifying agent retaining section 1 to prevent pollution of the inside of sample chamber, samples, materials and the like. By the difference between atmosphere pressure and pressure inside the vacuum chamber, flow quantity of external air flowing into the sample chamber is restricted with flow line resistance generated in the flow quantity control section 4 to control a quick flowing into the sample chamber, and dew condensation generated inside the chamber and samples by heat insulation swelling are prevented.</p> |
