PURPOSE:To provide an appliance with easy handling and high safety by constituting the appliance in such a way that the hollow part of a door frame is covered by the printing part of a glass plate fixed at the hollow part side of the door frame bent in box-shape and the door frame is so pressed as to enable a metal fitting not to protrude from a door surface. CONSTITUTION:A glass plate 8 with printing 18 on its back is inserted into the lower coupling part 9 of a door frame 11 and the upper part of the plate 8 is grasped by the upper coupling part 16 of a metal fitting 17 to which a handle 12 is attached and the plate is fixed by attaching the fitting 17 secured by a machine screw 19 from the back of the frame 11. The door frame 11 is deeply pressed at the surroundings of a window part 7 covered from the back of an attaching surface for the plate 8 to an attaching surface and when the machine screw 9 is screwed up in a pressed part 20, the screw part of the machine screw 19 reaches the fitting 17 and its depth is so made not to protrude from the back of the frame 11. Thereby, constitution is simple and assembly workability is also simple and as the machine screw 19 is hidden in the part 20, such trouble as dish in a cooker chamber are caught on the machine screw is avoided.
