PURPOSE:To manufacture a mist filter of high performance without bias cutting or bonding by providing a number of sheets continuing from inlet side through outlet side in parallel and forming flex cylindrical holes between each pair of sheets. CONSTITUTION:A mist filter 5 is formed by providing saw-toothed flexing adhesive 2 in plural lines at a fixed interval on one face of a paper plate 1, bonding a number of piled paper plates and leaving non-adhered sections not bonded. As shown in the sketch, said mist filter 5 uses its right side as the inlet side 6 and left side as the outlet side 7, and each of paper plates 1 continues from inlet side 6 through outlet side 7. The angle of inclination of a flex cylindrical hole 4 is decided by considering the face of opening 4a and the width from inlet side 6 to outlet side 7, and formed in such a way that mist coming in as chain line 8 hits against the inner wall of the flex cylindrical hole 4.
