PURPOSE:To annunciate filter clogging always surely and stably by utilizing a float contained in a filter to detect and annunciate cloggings of filter. CONSTITUTION:When cloggings are generated in an oil filtering section of a screen 39 of a filter 32, oil under a float 40 is decreased by a strong suction pressure of an oil pump 20 and at the same time, air is supplied from the upper section above the surface of oil of the screen 39. The float 40 is moved by said action, and a lead switch 42C corresponding to an alarm level 41C detects the downward motion of the float 40 and cloggings of screen 39, which is annunciated by informing means always surely and stably.
