<p>PURPOSE:To realize the fixing with high accuracy by bringing the rotary transformer stator in contact with the reference surface for setting predetermined dimension, providing an intermediate member to the holes and then fixing the stator with the bonding agent. CONSTITUTION:A stator 2 is placed with the surface opposing to the rotor set to the lower side on a jig 6 having the upper surface with high precision parallelism, a lower cylinder 4 is placed thereon in the inverted posture the reference surface a being in contact. By this contact, the predetermined dimension H is determined. The bonding agent 3 is supplied through a plurality of holes 4a and the intermediate members 5 in the same number of holes which are substantially adapted to the respective holes are provided to the holes 4a. Thereby, the bonding agent 3 enters between the stator 2 and intermediate members 5 and between the intermediate members 5 and holes 4a and the stator 2 and the lower cylinder 4 are bonded and fixed with desired accuracy through the intermediate members 5.</p> |
