PURPOSE:To increase the efficiency of a motor by providing projections on the outer periphery of a core, and covering the projections with nonferrite metal caps to be engaged with a housing of an iron plate. CONSTITUTION:Projections 2 are concentrically formed on four positions of the outer periphery of a core 1, and coils 3 are wound. The projections 2 are covered with nonferrite metal caps 5, and housings 7, 9 of iron plates for supporting the core 1 are engaged with the caps 6. Flanges 8, 10 are bent to coincide with out of the opening edges of the housings 7, 9. Thus, magnetic resistances between the core and the housings are increased to reduce an exciting current, thereby increasing the efficiency of a motor.
