PURPOSE:To eliminate a possible danger of a PTO shaft colliding with a front axle and a substance on the ground by constituting the system wherein the PTO shaft oscillates with the pitching of the front axle against a tractor body and the clearance of the PTO shaft from the ground is enlarged. CONSTITUTION:An output shaft 10 is connected to the trailing shaft of a wrapping transmission mechanism 'K' with a clutch device 17 within a device casing 4 mounted to a tractor front machine frame 1. Then, a PTO shaft 21 to be connected to the output shaft 10 via a universal joint axis 38 is axially supported at either right or left position off the oscillation center axis 20 of a front axle 19 under said axle 19. Therefore, as the PTO shaft 21 oscillates with the pitching of the right and left parts of the front axle 19, a danger of the PTO shaft 21 colliding with the front axle 19 can be avoided. Also, universal joint axes 38 and 22 can be used for the connection of the output shaft 10 and the drive shaft 25 of a working machine, where there is no hindrance on the front machine frame 1.
