PURPOSE:To make it possible to assemble aluminum sashes automatically by providing a parts supply device, handling robot, XY table, automatic screw drive device, pusher, and steady brace fitting device and controlling each of operations by means of an NC controller. CONSTITUTION:Sash sheaves, sash fasteners, and steady braces are carried by a handling robot 30 from a parts supply device 10 to a specified position of an XY table 20 mounted by a plurality of unfinished aluminum sashes 1 beforehand. And when the carried parts are set to a specified position of the aluminum sashes 1, an automatic screw drive device 50 fastens the sash fasteners with screws at once. And the sash sheaves are pressed and fixed with a pusher 60, and furthermore a steady brace fitting device 70 puts the steady braces to the end of the sash sheaves to fix them. All of these operations are controlled by an NC controller 80, and when necessary parts are mounted automatically to the aluminum sashes, completed aluminum sashes can be obtained.
