PURPOSE:To efficiently supply a decorated sheet and make it possible to simultaneously mold and decorate by a method wherein a cover member, which holds a part of a decorated sheet drawn out of a feed roll and at the same time heats said sheet, is transferred to a position to cover the opening of a female and after that, liquid reactive resin is poured in the female mold. CONSTITUTION:A pattern part at the tip of a decorated sheet 7 drawn out of a feed roll 7A is held with a cover member 11. While heating the decorated sheet 7, the cover member 11 capable to reciprocate is shifted above the opening of a female mold 4 so as to close the opening of the female mold 4 with the decorated sheet 7 and the cover member 11. During the above-mentioned shifting of the cover member, the next pattern portion of the decorated sheet is shifted to the holding position so as to prepare for the next cycle. Next, the decorated sheet is pressed to the inner surface of the female mold 4 by evacuating the female mold 4 so as to be preformed. After that, the cover member 11 is returned to its initials holding position. When necessary, a male mold 3 is engaged with the female mold. After that, liquid reactive resin is poured in the mold and cured. Thus, an molded-in foil decorated resin product is manufactured.
