The present invention relates to a rotary offset printer intended for making a print on a continuously travelling web, especially a paper web. This printer is characterised in that the bearings 11 of the upper form cylinder 3 and the bearings 12 of the intermediate blanket cylinder 4 are fastened together by means 19, 21, 22 allowing a slight vertical displacement between them, so as to form, together with the form 3 and blanket 4 cylinders and their bearings, a one-piece assembly constituting a transversely removable cassette, and the bearings 11, 12 of the form 3 and blanket 4 cylinders are normally spaced apart by springs 23 exerting between the two cylinders a force greater than the weight of the upper form cylinder 3 and of its bearings 11. <IMAGE>
