<p>PURPOSE:To easily produce a color filter having excellent heat resistance and transparency and has high accuracy at a low temp. by using a specific arom. polyamide as an image forming material. CONSTITUTION:A pigment dispersed polyamide soln. contg. the heat resistant arom. polyamide having a photosensitive group and org. pigment exhibiting the hue of the 1st color is coated on a base and is dried to form a photosensitive polyamide film 2 on the base. The photosensitive polyamide film is subjected to pattern exposure then to development to form the colored image 2a of the 1st color. The colored image 2b of the 2nd color is similarly formed by using the pigment dispersed polyamide soln. cong. the arom. polyamide and the org. pigment exhibiting the hue of the 2nd color to the part where the colored image of the 1st color is not formed. The colored image 3c of the 3rd color is similarly formed to the part where the colored images of the 1st color and the 2nd color are not formed.</p> |
