PURPOSE:To obtain the titled coating which has excellent soldering characteristics and is solventless, by mixing a specified oligomer, an acrylic monomer, a radiation polymerization initiator, and a chain transfer agent. CONSTITUTION:A monomer having two isocyanate groups and a molecular weight of 180-500 (a) (e.g., diphenylmethane diisocyanate) is reacted with a blocking agent (b) (e.g., m-cresol) at 30-150 deg.C for 1-10hr to give a stabilized isocyanate residue, which is reacted with an acrylic monomer having a terminal hydroxyl group (c) (e.g., 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) at 30-120 deg.C for 1-10hr to give a stabilized isocyanate urethane acrylic oligomer (A). Component A is mixed with 100pts.wt. aforementioned acrylic monomer (B) having 1.3-0.7 hydroxyl group per equivalent of the effective isocyanate of component A, 0.05-30pts.wt. radiation polymerization initiator (C) (e.g., benzil dimethyl ketal), and 0.1-10pts.wt. chain transfer agent (D) (e.g., lauryl thiol).
