PURPOSE:To correct easily a manually inputted data by storing thrown-in amount of a negotiable security also storing the total, and reading out to eliminate a thrown-in amount whenever a correcting key is depressed, inverting the code of the read-out amount to totalize. CONSTITUTION:When an operator throws a paper momey and a coin into a paper money classifying and totaling device 1 and a coin classifying and totaling device 2, respectively, each of them is selected, and divided into an accumulating part at every kind of money, and also the number of sheets of every kind of money is stored in an RAM10a. When the operator inputs manually a kind of a check and its amount, they are registered in an RAM10b, and also the amount is totaled and added in the RAM10a. When the manual input is ended and a completion key is thrown in, a data in the RAM10a is totaled and stored in a memory part 8. In case the total amount of the checks is erroneous, when the operator throws in a picture switching key, the latest 14 item portion of the data except a machine counting object is displayed on a CRT display part. When an error is detected and a correcting key is depressed, the latest data in the RAM 10b is read out, the code is inverted to summation totalize in the RAM10a, and to eliminate it. |
