PURPOSE:To prevent the reducing of a reproducing output even after sliding is executed for a ling time and to prevent completely the occurring of the sliding at a head supporting system by using a head supporting system to execute the rolling and contacting with magnetic recording media during the recording and reproducing action and have the structure to supply a lubricant between magnetic recording media and a pad. CONSTITUTION:The body has a rotating type pad having the center of a rotation in the radius direction of media and has the mechanism to supply a lubricant to magnetic recording media. For example, a pad 1 uses the sphere of a diameter 4mm and during the action, the pad 1 and a head 2 are pressed to magnetic recording media 3 at a constant load by a load spring 6, contacting and sliding are executed, and therefore, the lubricant applied to the magnetic recording media is exhausted. In a container 4, to prevent the phenomenon, a liquid lubricant 5 for supply is contained. Here, perfluoropolyeter is used as the liquid lubricant for the supply.
