发明名称 LIQUID LEVEL DETECTING STRUCTURE
摘要 PURPOSE:To attain enhancement of detection accuracy by reducing hysteresis, by displacing a float and an operation rod so as to follow the change in liquid level. CONSTITUTION:A float 12 is provided around a partition wall 11 so as to be displaceable to the axial direction of the partition wall 11. A potentiometer 16 is provided to the upper part of the partition wall 11 to be fixed to a mount plate 17. The operation rod 18 of the potentiometer 16 extends downward through the partition wall 11 and a magnet 19 is mounted to the operation rod 18 at the position opposed to a magnet 15. A hole is bored in a bottle 10 to mount a solenoid 20 and the leading end of the shaft of the solenoid 20 reaches the vicinity of the partition wall 11. By repeatedly exciting the coil of the solenoid 20, the shaft advances and retracts to strike the bottle 10 to vibrate the partition wall 11. When leakage of steam is generated, the liquid level of inlet chamber 6 is lowered below that of an outlet chamber 7. At this time, the partition wall 11 receives vibration by the solenoid 20 and the float 12 falls so as to follow the change in the liquid level. This displacement is detected by the potentiometer 16 to determine the leakage amount of steam from the correlation between the liquid level and the passing flow amount of a passing hole 8.
