PURPOSE:To improve the quality on weld zone and to reduce the welding performance cost by arranging the feed tip part of a wire by directing to the prescribed welding position and by performing a buildup welding by moving an arc reciprocally at the specified oscillating times every minute. CONSTITUTION:The wire filler material 5 consisting of a low melting point metal is prepared by winding it on a reel 4 and a wire 5 is fed to a wire guide 7 from a feeding device 6. The high speed weaver 9 performing the oscillation 120-270 times per minute is provided and a torch 3 and wire 5 progress in the arrow mark direction by being oscillated. In this case, the tip part of the wire 5 is arranged by directing with the angle range not reversing to the welding direction. In this way, the low melting point metal can be subjected to a buildup welding smoothly in succession at the necessary place of a base metal 2 and the welding of small dillution rate can be performed as well. Consequently, the weld zone quality is improved and the welding performance cost can be reduced.
