<p>The temperature controller for flat equipment comprises a circuit for selectively generating data representing a temp. corresponding to a target temp. of a heat-retaining member. Further data represents a second temp. which is higher than the first temp. The target temp. is preset by an operator. A circuit is connected to a sensor wire, for generating a temp. detection signal having a signal level corresponding to heater temp. data. A circuit connected to the others compares the detection signal with one of the temp. data as reference temp. data.</p> |
