PURPOSE:To perform high-accuracy exposure processing by sticking a positioning sheet on the film positioning pin fitting part of a film for exposure and forming an accurate film positioning pin hole. CONSTITUTION:A temporary hole 51 which is a little bit larger in diameter than the film positioning pin hole which is used for exposure is formed in the film 16 for exposure. A printed wiring board 12 is positioned on a base 24 and the temporary hole 51 of the exposure film 16 is fitted loosely around a film positioning pin 25 on the base 24; and the exposure film 16 is moved and adjusted to the printed wiring board 12 and this printed wiring board 12 and exposure film 16 are fixed. The positioning sheet 25 where the film positioning pin hole 53 with an accurate hole diameter is fitted onto the film positioning pin 25 on the base 24 and this positioning sheet 52 is stuck on the periphery of the temporary hole 51 of the exposure film 16, thus forming the positioning pin hole 53 for the substrate exposure film. |
