The device consists of the combination, firstly of external reinforcement elements applied in layers directly onto the shell horizontally 11, peripherally and vertically 3, 4, 5, 6 reaching the bottom parts, then of metal frame elements incorporated, with layered covering, into the lateral and horizontal planes and, finally of the filling of the intermediate cavity located between the wall of the excavation and that of the swimming pool, covering the external walls and under the bottom. It is intended to provide the reinforcement of the lateral and transverse walls in order to obtain a self-balanced resistance to the pressures and counter-pressures during the filling operations. <IMAGE>
