PURPOSE:To make a positive feeding function in case of a paper feed block angle being small performable as well as to aim at the promotion of miniaturization, by attaching an elastic auxiliary plate to a feed roller concentrically and solidly in the tangential direction in a relative manner, and making a paper end so as to be guide toward the feed roller. CONSTITUTION:At first, since an original end 4a is not reached to a feeding position P1 of a feed roller 1, an original is fed out even if the roller 1 rotates, and it is merely raced, but a tip part of an elastic auxiliary plate 11 hits a paper feed board 3 and curved whereby energy is accumulated there. The auxiliary plate 11 to be further rotated comes off a notch part of the paper feed board 3, uplifting the original 4. With this operation, the original 4 is guided up to the P1 point along with rotation of the elastic auxiliary plate 11, and afterward it is fed to a sorting part P2 by the feed roller 1. Thus, the original being set nearby the paper feed roller is feedable without using a complex auxiliary roller mechanism, thus miniaturization in the device is attainable.
