发明名称 CERAMIC COATED HEAT RESISTANT MEMBER AND ITS PRODUCTION
摘要 PURPOSE:To maintain the bond strength of a ceramic coating layer stably for a long period of time by forming an alloy bond layer on a base material, treating the surface thereof to specific roughness, and forming the ceramic coating layer via an Al oxide layer on the bond layer. CONSTITUTION:The bond layer of the alloy which consists essentially of either Co or Ni, contains 10-30wt% Cr, 5-30wt% Al, and 0.1-0.5wt% Hf, Ta, etc. and is higher in the resistance to high-temp. oxidation and high-temp. corrosion than the base material essentially consisting of at least one kind among Ni, Co and Fe is formed to 0.03-0.5mm thickness on the above-mentioned base material by plasma spraying in an amtosphere of <=10<-3>atm oxygen partial pressure. The surface of such bond layer is treated by using alumina grit to 10-70mum surface roughness and thereafter the oxide layer essentially consisting of Al is formed to 0.1-20mu thereon by heating said layer for 1-200hr at 600-1,200 deg.C in the atm. The ceramic coating layer which consists essentially of ZrO and contains >=1 among CaO, MgO, and Y2O3 is then formed on the oxide layer to 0.05-0.8mm thickness by plasma spraying in the amt.
