PURPOSE:To mold an easily usable plastic handle with rich body by burying a connecting core member in the plastic handle. CONSTITUTION:The front portion 10 of a plastic handle (a) is first injection molded, while setting an inserting pin 11 in a mold (b). The inserting pin 11 is pulled out from the molded front portion 10, and a connection core member 13 is inserted into a core member inserting hole 12 having been made so as to protrude its opposite end. While using another mold (c), residual rear portion 14 is injection molded integrally with this front portion 10, causing this connecting core member 13 to be used as a plastic core. The inserting hole 16 of the material handle rod 15 of a product (d) is molded by the inserting pin 17 having been set in the mold (b) when the front portion 10 is molded. A metallic plate or a metallic round rod is used for the connecting core member 13, and a communicating hole or a notch 18, etc. are preferably made such that the plastic sticks sufficiently thereto. |
