<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of jamming by providing a first pair of rolls which rotate at a peripheral speed higher than that of a fixing roll, a paper inverting guide part, and a second pair of rolls which rotate at a peripheral speed equal to that of said fixing roll, in the captioned device of an electronic photo-copying machine, etc. CONSTITUTION:The driving roll 29 of a first pair of rolls 17 is brought into contact with the no-printed image face of a sheet of paper which is discharged with its printed image face being faced upward from fixing rolls (a heating roll 21 and a pressing roll 22), and is rotated at a peripheral speed higher than that of the fixing rolls. The driving roll 34 of a second pair of rolls 19 is brought into contact with the printed image face of a sheet or paper guided by a paper inverting guide part 18, and rotates at a peripheral speed nearly equal to that of the fixing rolls. As a result, the waving of a sheet of paper which is produced at the time of fixing can be restored to the original state of the paper by means of the pair of first rolls 17, preventing the occurrence of jamming on the conveying passage after that. And, a slip mark on a printed image or a rubbed printed image can also be prevented.</p> |
