发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR COMPOSITE MEASUREMENT OF TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE FOR FOOD REFRIGERATION
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure temperature and pressure at the same position in food by inserting the tip of an insertion cylinder which has a temperature sensing part and a pressure receiving part into the food and measuring remotely the temperature and pressure at the same position in the food. CONSTITUTION:The insertion cylinder 1 is inserted into the food to the position where the food temperature and pressure are measured and the food is frozen while a detection table 2 is brought into contact with the internal surface of the food; and then the food expands in a cooling or freezing process and internal pressure is generated in the food. Its temperature variation is detected by a temperature sensor 6. Pressure variation, on the other hand, is detected by a pressure sensor 7 as the force of the food surface contacting the detection table 2 at the same position which pushes the pressure receiving part 5, and the temperature sensor 6 and pressure sensor 7 send electric signals proportional to the temperature and pressure. Then, the sent electric signals are converted by a temperature converter 8 and a pressure converter 9 into standard electric signals of the same kind, which are received by a receiver 20 through lead lines 11 and 11, so that the temperature variation and pressure variation are recorded. Consequently, the temperature and pressure at the same position in the food are measured.
