PURPOSE:To obtain an anisotropic composite magnet having good magnetic characteristics in a low magnetic field by adding an organic metallic compound comprising amino radicals and a fatty acid amide to a mixture of a magnetic powder and a polyamide resin. CONSTITUTION:To a mixture of a magnetic powder and a polyamide resin, an organic metallic compound comprising amino radicals and a fatty acid amide is added. As the magnetic powder, Ba-ferrite, Sr-ferrite, etc. are used. As the fatty acid amide, stearic acid amide, lauric acids amide, etc., are used. As the organic metallic compound comprising amino radicals, gamma-aminopropyl trimethoxylane and the like are used. Consequently, an anisotropic composite magnet having good magnetic characteristics in a low magnetic field can be obtained. |
