PURPOSE:To obtain various bubbles ranging from bubbles felt dry to wet bubbles felt wet on the basis upon the amount of a content liquid according to the purpose of use by providing a stem with a measuring plunger and a body with a measuring cup and mixing compressed air with the measured content liquid. CONSTITUTION:A container 4 where the content liquid to be used by being bubbled is put is inverted to charge the content liquid in the hollow part 24 of the measuring cup 23. Then when the upper part of the body 2 is pressed 3 with a finger 25, the measuring plunger 18 is inserted into the hollow part 24 to compress the liquid, which reaches a bubbling member 14 through a passage 12. The air at the bottom part of the container 4, on the other hand, is compressed by the upward movement of the content liquid in the body 2 to reach the member 14 through a tube 5 and the mixed with the liquid. The bubbly liquid passes through a passage 11 by the member 14 and is jetted from a nozzle 15. When the amount of the liquid in the cut 23 is small (or large), bubbles felt dry (or wet) are obtained and the liquid is bubbled in a state meeting the purpose of use.
