摘要 PURPOSE:To quickly and easily measure the apoprotein in a specimen by using the 1st and 2nd monoclonal antibodies which recognize the apoprotein but conjugate with different antigen sections and making measurement with an immunogical reaction at 40-50 deg.C. CONSTITUTION:The immunogical reaction is effected at >=40 deg.C and <50 deg.C at the time of measuring the surface active material of the human lung in the specimen by the immunogical method using the 1st monoclonal antibody which recognizes the apoprotein of the surface active material of the human lung and the 2nd monoclonal antibody which recognizes the apoprotein but conjugates with the antigen section different from the antigen section of the 1st monoclonal antibody. The 1st antibody is preferably immobilized on a carrier. Solid phase carriers, for example, ball, beads, etc., for which a polystyrene, PE, etc. are used, are preferably used as the carrier. As to a method or means for labeling and method or means for detection, the measurement by the secondary reaction with the antiimmune globulin antibody labeled with, for example, a radioactive material, enzyme, or fluorescent material or the staphylococcus protein A is possible.
