摘要 PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled pipe material, by hot and cold rolling Al alloy having a specified compsn. contg. Mn as indispensable component and regulated Fe quantity in inevitable impurity, then partially annealing the sheet under a specified condition. CONSTITUTION:Al alloy having a compsn. contg. by weight, 0.2-2.0% Mn as indispensable component, in addition thereto, 0.05-0.4% Cu, and/or 0.05-0.6% Mn, 0.03-0.2% Zr and/or 0.03-0.3% Cr as arbitrary adding component and the balance Al with inevitable impurity, further under <=0.3% Fe in inevitable impurity is hot and cold rolled to finish to the sheet. In the above description, if necessary, above described alloy is used as core material, at the inside, Al alloy contg. 0.1-2.0% Mg, 0.15-4.0% Zn is used as skin material, further if necessary at outside, Al-Si or Al-Si-Mg alloy is used as brazing material, and these are rolled and 2 or 3 layers clad sheet is finished. Thereafter, the sheet is partially annealed at 200-400 deg.C.
