In preparations of spices or drugs containing cyclodextrins, the ingredients of the spices or drugs which can complex with cyclodextrins are present in the genuine state and occur in the form of the complex, as a result of which the genuine, volatile and/or unstable ingredients of the spices or pharmaceutical drugs are present in stable form and are storable. In a process for manufacturing spice or drug preparations, the spices or drugs are processed directly and in a suitable manner with cyclodextrins so that the complexable ingredients of the same are present in the form of the complex. These spice or drug preparations are intended for use in foods, medicaments or cosmetics. |
