PURPOSE:To improve separating power of a packing material by using an arom. liquid or liquid contg. said liquid as a solvent. CONSTITUTION:The arom. liquid or the liquid contg. the arom. liquid is used as the solvent in a method for depositing a polysaccharide deriv. dissolved in the solvent in a finely porous carrier and removing the solvent to prepare a separating agent. Compds. having an arom. ring consisting of <=10C or heteroarom. ring, for example, benzene, toluene, etc. are used as the arom. liquid. The finely porous carrier includes a porous org. carrier or porous inorg. carrier. High- polymer materials consisting of polystyrene, polyacrylamide, etc., are used for the porous org. carrier and silica, alumina, etc., are used for the porous inorg. carrier. The size of the carrier is 1mum-10mm, more preferably 1mum-300mum. The separating capacity of the packing material is thus improved. |
