Process and device to manufacture polyhedral cigar are presented. Thus, tobacco leaves are crushed and treated with alcohol and acetone to remove nicotine. To remove tar, the leaves are treated with methylene chloride and CCl4. The device consists of two formative rollers, an uneven blade, a flat blade, a rolling mill, and a conveyer belt.
