<p>PURPOSE:To deaerate surely and reduce defective unit generating rate by a method wherein the stock solution of uncured and unsaturated polyester is coated on both of the surfaces of the decorative paper of a laminated sheet and the shaping surface of a shaping sheet, thereafter, both of the sheets are laminated, pressed, deaerated and cured forcibly, thereafter, the shaping sheet is separated. CONSTITUTION:A laminated sheet and a shaping sheet, fed out of first and second feed rolls 13, 14 are coated with the stock solution of uncured and unsaturated polyester by roll coaters 15, 16 and are deaerated by a deaerating press roll 17 while being piled and pressed. Subsequently, the piled laminated sheet 7 and shaping sheet 11 are passed through the curing device 19 of a hot press. During passing therethrough, the stock solution of polyester is cured by heat and an UP layer 9, in which the surface of the shaping sheet 11 is shaped on the laminated sheet 7, is formed. The laminated sheet 7, on which the UP layer 9 is formed, is rolled by a take-up roll 121 while the shaping sheet 11 is rolled by another take-up roll 22 whereby the shaping sheet 11 is separated from the laminated sheet 7.</p> |
