Metal strip electrolytic processing device

An electrolytic treatment device has an electrolysis cell which comprises upper and lower units connected together in a separable way. The upper and lower units can be connected together to form a single electrolytic cell when electrolytic treatment has to be performed. On the other hand the upper and lower limits can be replaced by other units independently. This has the result that the electrolytic solution in the lower unit can be changed merely by replacing the lower unit with another unit with a different electrolytic solution, without the need to discharge and wash out the previously used lower unit.
