<p>5-Hydrazino-pyrido 2,3-d pyrimidine derivs. of formula (I), in which R is H, alkyl, acyl or aryl, X with the attached C and N represents a 5-6 member aromatic hetero-cycle and Y is hydrazino opt. substd. by R, for animal, and esp. human health purposes, are made y reaction of a cpd. of formula (II) with opt. substd. hydrazine at normal pressure, in alcoholic solvent at 40-100 deg.
