发明名称 Process for the production of a high tensile strength mortar for the walls of coking furnaces
摘要 <p>A high strength mortar has been developed for use with silica bricks in the construction of the heating walls of coking furnaces. When calcined at conventional coking furnace temperatures of some 1100 degree C, the mortar develops a tensile strength within the mortar itself and a tensile bond to the silica brick which is greater than the tensile strength of the silica brick. The mortar comprises three primary solid constituents: 25 to 88% of SiO2, 6 to 65% of Al2O3 and 4 to 12% of P2O5. In order to achieve this high tensile strength the other solid constituents have to be maintained at a minimum proportion, suitably less than 4% and preferably less than 2%.</p>
