PRODUCTION OF NONOXIDE POWDER

PURPOSE:To produce nonoxide powder having high quality at a low cost by opening and closing a raw material discharger and product discharger of a reaction part at proper times, introducing a nonoxidative gas such as N2 or Ar from below and fluidizing or bubbling the raw material in respective stages. CONSTITUTION:The raw material is introduced in a specified amt. at every specified time from a raw material supplying device 4 into a drying part 2 in the uppermost stage by a rotary feeder 3. The raw material is then fluidized or bubbled by the hot gas introduced from a reaction vessel 9 in the lower stage through a gas introducing part 7 by which the material is dried to absolute dryness. The raw material is then introduced into the 2nd stage of the reaction vessel 9 by opening and closing the discharger 8 and is brought into reaction while the material is uniformly mixed with the gas heated by a heater 12 and introduced into the vessel through the gas introducing part 10. The raw material is further introduced into the lower stage of the reaction vessel 13 where the material is uniformly mixed with the gas from the gas introducing part 15 and is further brought into the uniform reaction.
