PURPOSE:To allow a user to know that a call is placed from an outside line even if he is at home in spite of setting a device in a going-out mode by transmitting a ringing ground when an outside line telephone set calls in the going- out mode. CONSTITUTION:In the going-out mode a call signal from the outside line telephone set is inputted to a call signal receiving circuit 8 through the movable contacts 5-C and fixed contact 5-A of an automatic incoming relay 5. Therefore, when the call signal is received in the time decided by a telecontroller, the automatic incoming relay 5 is driven, and the movable contact 5-C is switched and put in from the fixed contact 5-A to a fixed contact 5-B to connect a control processing circuit 7 to a public telephone line 1, whereby the operation is receivable of a control signal from the outside line telephone set. On the other hand, when the call signal receiving circuit 8 receives the call signal, it inputs a drive signal to a ringing sound generator circuit 9, whereby the ringing sound is emitted from the ringing sound generator circuit 9 in a fixed time.
