PURPOSE:To confirm that a machine is operated without error by connecting a comment processing means, which separates a comment corresponding to the execution block of a working program and performs the analysis processing, to a working program processor. CONSTITUTION:A working program 1 read in by an input device 2 is subjected to the analysis processing by a processor 3 and is converted to various information including command information. A driving controller 4 generates a driving command signal in accordance with converted command information to control a motor 5 to the commanded operation. It is checked whether there is a comment in the execution block or not by a comment - decision means 8a, and the execution block is displayed on a display device 7 through a display controller 6 if there is no comment. If there is a comment, the comment is subjected to the analysis processing, and the comment is extracted by a comment display processing means 8b, and the controller 6 is controlled to display the comment corresponding to the execution block on the device 7.
