PURPOSE:To control respective magnetic tape with a control signal, by generating a tone burst wave signal corresponding to plural control signals by controlling a tone burst wave signal generation circuit using a timer. CONSTITUTION:The first timer 26 makes operate a tone burst wave signal generation circuit 21 for a regulated time, and makes output the tone burst wave signal as a completion signal. The second timer 27 makes operate the tone burst wave signal generation circuit 21 for the regulated time, and makes output the tone burst wave signal as a marker signal. An outputted tone burst wave signal as the marker signal is sound-recorded on the terminal part of a business tape 9 through a pre-amplifier 30, a sound recording amplifier 31, and the second change-over switch 18. Since the signal of the same frequency band as a sound signal is used in the tone burst wave signal as the completion signal, it is amplified at the pre-amplifier 30, and is recorded at the terminal of a responding message recorded on a responding tape.
