PURPOSE:To minimize considerably the interruption given to the load equipment of a signal for transmitting by making smaller energy per one wave by the assembling of plural tone signals. CONSTITUTION:When an N number of the low frequency signal with respective different assemblies is received, a prescribed tone output appears at a band pass filter output edge included in the assemblies, and the output does not occur except it. Further, after these outputs are added and mixed by respective adders, they are inputted to the rectifying circuit of the next step, the direct current voltage occurs in accordance with the added signal, at such a time, for example, when the assembly of the above-mentioned tone shows 'normal', the N number of the tone is added and mixed to an adder 16 of the receiving device, and the direct current voltage occurs corresponding to the level to mix wholly the N number the one in total at the output of a rectifier 19 of the next step. On the other hand, the tone signal is partially inputted to other adders 17 and 18 and the N number of the tone is not totally inputted.
