PURPOSE:To improve the bond strength of lead wires to electrodes of a piezoelectric body, by covering the soldered portions and their surroundings of the lead wires connected by soldering to the electrodes of the piezoelectric body with the resin of powerful bond strength. CONSTITUTION:A stator 10 of an ultrasonic motor is composed of an elastic body 2 and a piezoelectric body 3. The elastic body 2 and the piezoelectric body 3 are shaped into a ring and bonded, on the opposite surface of which four (4) electrodes 3a-3d are calcinated. Lead wires 31-33 are soldered to the electrodes 3a, 3b and 3d. The soldered portions 31a-33a and their surroundings are covered with the resin 41-43 of powerful bond strength such as epoxy resin, silicon resin, etc. |
